Current algebra and superconvergence

We study the implication of the algebra of currents and the concepts of unitarity, analyticity and high energy behaviour of scattering amplitudes to investigate sum rules for some scattering processes. In Chapter I we introduce the concept of current algebras and show how to derive sum rules starting from equal time commutators. In Chapter II we apply the formulation developed in Chapter I, to the equal time commutator of axial vector charge and the isovector electromagnetic current, and obtain a relation between the πN*N* p-wave coupling constant to s-wave πNN coupling constant. In Chapter III we show how to derive sum rule for strongly interacting particles starting from commutator of weak currents. This leads us to examine whether we could derive the same sum rules without the help of current commutator , and using only the concepts of pure strong interaction, namely unitarity, analyticity, high energy behaviour. We find that this can be done. We then apply the formalism to derive sum rules for πD (N*1525) scattering, obtaining a value for the πDD coupling constant. In Chapter IV, we develop and apply the helicity formalism to obtain superconvergence relation for πN → πN* and πN* →πN*. We obtain a relation between πNN coupling constant g(_1) and p-wave coupling constant g(_3). We also find the value of g(_3) in terms of g(_2), the πNN* coupling constant

Crime Investigation on Theft by eighting with The Modus Of Prying Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in Jurisdiction Area of Central Java

This study aims to: 1) Review and analyze the implementation of the criminal investigations against theft by weighting with the modus of prying Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the jurisdiction area of Central Java. 2) Assess and analyze the factors that hinder the investigation related to solve investigator in the criminal investigations against theft by weighting with the modus of prying Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the jurisdiction area of Central Java. 3) Assess and analyze the efforts of investigators linked the criminal investigations against theft by weighting with the modus of prying Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the jurisdiction area of Central Java? Results: 1). The process of investigations conducted by the Central Java Police in solving criminal cases of theft through Automated Teller Machine (ATM) with prying mode in accordance with the rules contained in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Law on Police No. 2 of 2002. 2). Based on the description of the Central Java Police investigators, the obstacles faced by the team of investigators of Central Java Police, among others: a. Evidence is hidden and difficult for investigators to look suspect. b. The suspect managed to flee with his colleagues by car, so investigators have to chase. c. Design of a microcontroller-based passive standby uninterruptible power suply (UPS)

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) are widely used to provide emergency power to critical loads in case of utility mains failure, and as such constitutes an essential element in providing back-up power for computer networks, communication links, biomedical equipment, and industrial processes, among others. For a microcontroller-based UPS, a full hardware-based UPS are gradually being replaced by microprocessor or microcontroller-based counterparts, with significant improvement in ease of design, flexibility of the control software and overall reduction in development cost. Since a UPS incorporates a relatively large number of detection, protection and control functions, it is important to develop an organized approach to the identification and implementation of these requirements. The purpose of his project is to provide an efficient time management for users to continue their work with personal computer even though an outage had occurred. Since this project involves hardware-software co-design, so that knowledge from a number of engineering disciplines is necessary for arriving at a workable solution. This microcontroller-based Uninterruptible Power Supply will enable the users to monitor their current battery level through the installed Liquid Crystal Display. One of the advantages applying microcontroller for the Uninterruptible Power Supply is that the system is more reliable in functions compares to the conventional Uninterruptible Power Supply available in the market

PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR BERDASARKAN WILAYAH PUSKESMAS DI KOTA KEDIRI MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS KORESPONDENSI

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah pola penyebaran penyakit tidak menular berdasarkan wilayah Puskesmas di Kota Kediri. Mengetahui pola penyebaran penyakit tidak menular sangat penting untuk keperluan pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit, sebagai upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis korespondensi dengan dua variabel, yaitu variabel penyakit tidak menular dan variabel wilayah Puskesmas di Kota Kediri. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari hasil pencatatan jumlah angka kesakitan penyakit tidak menular yang terdapat di 8 Puskesmas Induk dengan 1 Puskesmas Perawatan dan 26 Puskesmas Pembantu di Kota Kediri tahun 2019. Grafik korespondensi digambarkan dengan dua dimensi yang menjelaskan keragaman data sebesar 83% dan menghasilkan  lima pola penyebaran penyakit tidak menular berdasarkan wilayah puskesmas di Kota Kediri.Kata kunci: penyakit tidak menular; penyebaran, korespondens

A Study on Linear Shrinkage Behavior of Peat Soil Stabilized with Eco-Processed Pozzolan (EPP)

Peat soil incorporated materials from fragmented organic constituents that originated in submerged wetlands. Peat soil has a particular index property that accounts for more than 75% of its organic content. Due to its low shear strength, high moisture content, high compressibility, low specific gravity, restricted bearing capacity, irregular shrinkage, and instability, peat soil is interpreted as a challenging soil for the building industry. The purpose of this study is to look at the index properties of Klias, Beaufort peat soil, and eco processed pozzolan (EPP), as well as to investigate the strengthening and stiffening effects of EPP stabilization treatment on peat soil and the association between EPP and linear shrinkage effects of peat. The linear shrinkage used to measure the shrinkage behaviour of peat soil consists of untreated samples, namely peat soil, and treated samples, which are peat soil in addition to EPP with a concentration of 20% and 30%, respectively. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) is employed to produce images of a sample by scanning the surface of an untreated peat sample and treated peat samples with EPP. High moisture content with an average of 580% was reported for the KBpt area. EPP can potentially help to reduce the shrinkage by almost 66.66%. Additionally, the results showed that by adding EPP as filler material to the peat soil, shrinkage behaviour decreases significantly for untreated peat soil and treated peat soil with EPP, with 4.29% reduced to 1.43% significantly. PENGARUH REAL ACTIVITIES MANIPULATION TERHADAP DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2009-2011)

ABSTRAK Penelitian empiris mengenai manajemen laba berkembang pesat, manajer telah bergeser dari manajemen laba akrual ke manipulasi aktivitas riil, bergesernya manajemen akrual ke manipulasi aktivitas riil dikarenakan adanya SOX. Adanya SOX ini akan memudahkan manajemen akrual terdeteksi oleh auditor daripada aktivitas riil. Tekni yang dapat dilakukan dalam manipulasi aktivitas riil antara lain manajemen penjualan, produksi berlebihan, dan pengurangan biaya diskresioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengeruh real activity manipulation yang terdiri dari abnormal arus kas dari aktivitas operasi (ABN_CFO), abnormal biaya produksi (ABN_PROD), dan abnormal biaya diskresioner (ABN_DISC), terhadap dividend payout ratio dengan variable kontrol ROE dan aset perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan pemilihan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda pada tingkat signifikansi 5%, serta menggunakan software EVIEWS versi 6.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa abnormal arus kas dari aktivitas operasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio, sedangkan abnormal biaya produksi, abnormal biaya diskresioner, ROE, dan aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio. Secara simultan abnormal arus kas, abnormal biaya produksi, abnormal biaya diskresioner, ROE, dan aset secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio. Relationship maintenance strategies in web sites of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia

Effective relationship maintenance strategies between organisations and its public are able to help organisations to achieve its goals. In this study, researchers examined public relation strategies used by Malaysian companies to build their relationship with stakeholders through company websites. Based on Hon & Grunig’s relationship maintenance strategies, researchers analysed whether companies listed on Bursa Malaysia are utilising these strategies, and if so, how did they go about it? Quantitative content analysis was conducted to measure these strategies on 199 companies chosen using stratified sampling technique. The study found that access is the most commonly used strategy by companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, meanwhile a significant difference was observed among listed companies in terms of openness, networking and assurance strategies

KEJAYAAN PENGLIBATAN GOLONGAN WANITAKOMUNITI ORANG ASLI SUKU KAUM MAH MERI DI DALAM BIDANG KEUSAHAWANAN

This paper is a concept paper aims to discuss the success of the involvement of the Mah Meri’s women in entrepreneurship. The problem of poverty is a major problem that faced by Aboriginal communities since for a long time ago. In addition, other issues which are barriers to achieving their development is the attitude of not openness to change. The role of women in the process of achieving the successful development of a society seen as a holistic solution. The women viewed as people who can contribute to the progress and development of society and the state. Experience from self-serve economy practiced by them, Aboriginal communities are seen as the best communities to bring that experience to a favorable change for them. Entrepreneurship is a strategy that is very close to the women of the Aboriginal communities because of their experience that they have. Hence, these entrepreneurship areas need to be developed in the women as well as helping men to carry out entrepreneurial activities. This process is supported by the provision of opportunities provided by the government in enhancing their capabilities. The opportunities provided such as courses and training have been used as a source of entrepreneurial education to them in the pursuit of entrepreneurial activity. In conclusion, this paper is important for researchers to provide exposure of the women in a group of Orang Asli community who have ability and openness to success. They take the opportunities that have been provided as a beneficial resource for them to getting profitable changes. It is hoped that this paper will serve as a benchmark for others women of the Indigenous Orang Asli communities to join with Mah Meri's women in achieving successful in entrepreneurship and at the same time can elevate the value of their gender in community
